Placeholder text — the operator must have these terms reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publishing.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the SelfQ application provided by the operator named in the Imprint.

2. Service description

SelfQ generates a personalized visual pattern (“Qode”) based on the symptom description you provide. SelfQ is a self-care tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric advice or treatment. If you are in acute distress, please contact a medical professional or emergency services.

3. Subscription & payment

Access requires an active subscription of USD 49 per month, billed via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the digital service immediately after purchase you may agree to waive this right; in that case the right of withdrawal is forfeited as per § 356 (5) BGB.

5. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the service. Sharing your account credentials is not permitted.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

7. Changes

The operator may amend these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction]. Mandatory consumer protection law of the user's place of residence remains unaffected.
